Arc Insights provides a range of professional services relating to heritage, history, place and culture.
Arc Insights is led by me, Penny O'Connor. I have more than 30 years of diverse experience working in the field of cultural heritage. I have a special interest in historic gardens and designed landscapes, and the multi-sensory and social values associated with heritage places.
For 20 years, I worked in State government, supporting the work of the Heritage Council of Western Australia. I therefore have extensive experience of the processes around assessing and evaluating places for the State Register.
Recent projects include conservation management plans for buildings and historic gardens, historic research, heritage reports, local government heritage advice, and heritage interpretation through film.
