Seymour Clifford has distinguished himself in the realm of heritage and conservation, both in the United States and Australia.
In 2010, Seymour was awarded an M.Arch (dist.) from UWA, following which he moved to New York City for over half a decade, gaining enviable experience on prestige heritage projects in NYC, Southampton, Greenwich, Jackson Hole, and Palm Beach.
Seymour brings this experience of international trends in conservation and heritage to his architecture and interiors firm, Woburn. The focus of Woburn is sympathetic design in the context of traditional building, heritage, & conservation.
Projects currently in our office include an addition to an MHI registered 19C Pensioner cottage in York, a renovation to an heritage zoned cottage in Subiaco, and the restoration and renovation of an interwar bungalow in the Mt Lawley HPA Special Control Area.
ABWA Registration No. 3149
Previous Woburn projects include the preparation of a capability brief for a significant stakeholder in Fremantle's West End, the preparation of heritage impact statements for planning consent, and a desktop review of heritage assessments for the Shire of Peppermint Grove.
