Description
Hocking Heritage + Architecture is a multi-disciplinary practice specialising in the careful management of WA's unique heritage through conservation and design. Established in 1986, the practice has been recognised for our application of industry best practices and our ability to deliver a high standard of outcomes for the preservation of cultural heritage significance in built heritage. Our clients include private owners, local and state government and local businesses.
We are registered with the Architects Board of WA and can provide all services from Concept Design through to Contract Administration during construction.
We have seen great success with adaptive re-use of many heritage buildings, scoping of conservation works, preparation of Heritage Impact Statements and Conservation Management Plans. We studiously review Local Heritage Inventories and work with local governments providing assistance and expert heritage advice. Working on all sizes of projects, we tailor our services to suit different requirements, and work with enthusiasm and integrity to help our Clients achieve their goals.
